The HR Business Partner liaises between central HR and assigned areas of campus, providing strategic human resources consulting services that align human capital efforts with department goals and initiatives. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ of professional Human Resources experience across multiple human resources disciplines including recruitment/retention, benefits and compensation, training and development, employee relations, and HR compliance. Higher education experience and HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred, but not required. Strong business acumen and excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills are required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional HR experience required with at least 5 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or HR leadership role; or a combination of advanced HR leadership experience, along with Higher Education administration experience may be considered.

Reporting to the HRIS Applications Administrator, the Time & Attendance Application Administrator will be responsible for the daily administration of the UKG Ready TLM and Accruals systems and for implementing system updates that improve the end-user experience. The individual in this role will perform maintenance and testing of all Pay Calculations, Timesheet Profiles, Accruals Profiles, and other system profiles that drive employee pay. Additionally, this role is responsible for proactive issue resolution for both the software and the associated hardware. The incumbent will stay current with system releases and will have the opportunity to assist with the enterprise time & attendance implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position required.
- 1-3 years of previous data management or time tracking experience are required. Experience working in Human Resources is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and time & attendance systems.
