If so, we invite you to join our dynamic and fast-growing human resources team as a Benefits Analyst for Leave Administration. Your leave consulting expertise, customer focus, and relationship-building skills will help shape the future of our benefits team.

The Benefits Analyst for Leave Administration will work with all employees across the University at the every level to advise and provide guidance on teh leave programs at the University. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional Human Resources experience in the benefits area of leave management. Strong business acumen, excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills are required. Experience in Higher Education is preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. CEBS, CBP and/or SHRM certification a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing leaves. Must have experience with but not limited to the following benefit programs: FMLA, short and long-term disability, parental and maternal leaves, and workers' compensation; preferably in a higher education setting.
- Work Skills (e.g., written and verbal communication skills)
