Gigi has always been passionate about HR. She joined the Delco SHRM Board in 2015 as VP of Membership and currently serves on the Board as Treasurer. Gigi is the HR and Finance Manager for several TPR Group businesses in PA and MD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s certification in Project Management, and recently attended Villanova University for her SHRM-CP certification. When she isn’t hard at work, she surrounds herself with her grandchildren. LEGISLATIVE LIASION
Sherri graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1990 with a B.S. in Psychology. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1993 with a J.D. She has been practicing workers' compensation defense for the past 22 years, representing various self-insured employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators, and government agencies. She is currently a Partner with the Center City firm Weber Gallagher Simplson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP. | COMMUNICATIONS
Bill McCann Bill is an award winning, full life cycle Recruiter with experience in agency, corporate and RPO settings across a wide variety of industries, including technology, professional services, Big4 Accounting, manufacturing, healthcare, government, higher education, e-commerce, and telecom. Equally effective at executive, niche, mid-level, and entry-level recruiting. He has B.S. and M.S. from Shippensburg University and is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter. Linda O'Hara Linda O'Hara handles all Human Resources activities including HR compliance, employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits and training and development. She joined Delco SHRM in 2014 and has been a member of the board for over 8 years. Linda has her SHRM-CP certification.

Jay Adhikary Jay Adhikary is a HR advocate who has held a variety of fractional HRBP roles in the last 4 years and Senior Retirement plan Accountant roles in the last 14 years prior to that. He runs a privately held HR Oversight entity as well as a Employee Retreat entity called Ressonate. He has held HRBP Manager and Director roles but at the end of the day he considers himself to be a "Human Resource". Jay has an undergraduate in Accounting, MBA in Marketing and a MLHR degree. Lisa joined Monarch Staffing in 2008 in Delaware County, and currently holds the title of Account Executive. Her pleasant demeanor, ability to adapt to changing environments and sincere interest in people and their needs, help to make Lisa a very approachable and effective leader. Lisa sits on the board of Joseph’s People of Central Delaware County, which aids in community outreach, and helping people with their job search. Lisa is also an Ambassador with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has a great love of music, yoga, and time with friends and family. “Music is my salvation” says Lisa and she hopes to see everyone at a concert at some time, somewhere! Rock on!
