Megan Coveleski, MS, aPHR Megan Coveleski has over ten years of experience in Human Resources in various industries such as hospitality, local government, and e-commerce. She has her master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and her bachelor's degree from Temple University in Human Resource Management.
Gigi has always been passionate about HR. She joined the Delco SHRM Board in 2015 as VP of Membership and currently serves on the Board as Treasurer. Gigi is the HR and Finance Manager for several TPR Group businesses in PA and MD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s certification in Project Management, and recently attended Villanova University for her SHRM-CP certification. When she isn’t hard at work, she surrounds herself with her grandchildren.

Mindi is currently a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AmeriHealth Caritas. She is passionate and personable with on-boarding and off-boarding experience, employee records, benefits, training and much more, capable of adopting a number of roles simultaneously. She earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Kyra Flexer, SHRM-CP Kyra is currently a Compensation Analyst at St. Luke's University Health Network. She earned a B.S. degree in HR from Widener University. | MEMBERSHIP
Lisa joined Monarch Staffing in 2008 in Delaware County, and currently holds the title of Account Executive. Her pleasant demeanor, ability to adapt to changing environments and sincere interest in people and their needs, help to make Lisa a very approachable and effective leader. Lisa sits on the board of Joseph’s People of Central Delaware County, which aids in community outreach, and helping people with their job search. Lisa is also an Ambassador with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has a great love of music, yoga, and time with friends and family. “Music is my salvation” says Lisa and she hopes to see everyone at a concert at some time, somewhere! Rock on! Lee Falconieri Lee Falconieri brings over 15 years of extensive Human Resources experience, serving as a trusted advisor to employees and senior leadership across private equity-backed firms, publicly traded companies, and Fortune 500 businesses. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dunmore Corporation. Lee holds a PHR certification, a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Cortland, and a Master’s degree from Walsh College |
