Born and raised in Delaware County, Rachel Milano-Davis completed her undergraduate education at West Chester University and graduate studies at Temple University. Rachel has committed her career to the non-profit sector; presently employed as the Chief Operating Officer, and responsible for strategic direction over human resource activities for a network of innovative disability service providers, Values Into Action.
Gigi has always been passionate about HR. She joined the Delco SHRM Board in 2015 as VP of Membership and currently serves on the Board as Treasurer. Gigi is the HR and Finance Manager for several TPR Group businesses in PA and MD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s certification in Project Management, and recently attended Villanova University for her SHRM-CP certification. When she isn’t hard at work, she surrounds herself with her grandchildren.
Sherri graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1990 with a B.S. in Psychology. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1993 with a J.D. She has been practicing workers' compensation defense for the past 22 years, representing various self-insured employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators, and government agencies. She is currently a Partner with the Center City firm Weber Gallagher Simplson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP.
Leah D. Brooks
Born and raised in Philadelphia. Leah has over twenty years of Human Resources experience in various industries from Healthcare, Non-Profit, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. Leah’s current role is Vice President, Benefits Administration at BNP Paribas. She has an undergraduate degree from Peirce College and is currently pursuing her CEBS designation. Leah has a Human Resources Professional certification from Villanova University.
Mark has over eight years of HR experience in the Philippines and in the U.S. for variety of industries such as BPO, Healthcare, and IT Consulting to name some. He is currently working at Rothman Orthopaedics as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University-Manila. Mark also acquired his SHRM-CP certificate in 2019.
Linda O’Hara works as a Human Resources Specialist with experience processing payroll, managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulations. She develops, updates, implements and enforces company’s HR policies and procedures.
Lisa joined Monarch Staffing in 2008 in Delaware County, and currently holds the title of Account Executive. Her pleasant demeanor, ability to adapt to changing environments and sincere interest in people and their needs, help to make Lisa a very approachable and effective leader. Lisa sits on the board of Joseph’s People of Central Delaware County, which aids in community outreach, and helping people with their job search. Lisa is also an Ambassador with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has a great love of music, yoga, and time with friends and family. “Music is my salvation” says Lisa and she hopes to see everyone at a concert at some time, somewhere! Rock on!
Tanya has over 20 years of Human Resources experience specializing in Recruiting and Retention with the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. She retired from the Air Force and Air National Guard in 2020 after 27 years of dedicated service. Tanya is currently the Business Services Team Lead with EDSI and the Delaware County, PA CareerLink. She assists Delco Employers with their Business Services needs mainly with helping them find quality employees. Tanya also serves on the Delaware County Veteran Network Committee serving our local Veteran Community. She has been a member of the Delco SHRM since 2022. She currently resides in Westbrook Park.
