RoMaine is an award-winning HR leader passionate about navigating the ever-changing world of human resources. Over the last 15 years, her progressive career in HR has afforded her experience in tactical, functional, and strategic human resources operations in various industries. She has been both a department of one and the leader of many. RoMaine enjoys problem-solving, training, innovative concepts, technology, team collaboration, and providing top-quality engagement to all organizational stakeholders. A dynamic facilitator with the ability to connect with all levels of an organization. Her personable approach makes leadership training and development engaging and enjoyable. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, RoMaine assists organizations in seeing the value of our differences and creating workplace cultures that exude inclusivity and belonging. Her people-centered approach to HR is summarized as having a head for business and a heart for people.
RoMaine holds a Bachelor of Science in business, with a focus in tourism and hospitality management from Temple University, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a DEI certification from the University of Southern Florida.
Certifications & training include Certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR).
