Delco SHRM Presents:
The Team That Loves Mondays

Presented by:
Andrew Biernat

Program Overview:

Sunday afternoon can turn into a time of existential dread. Monday is coming. But what if your team looked forward to Mondays? What if they came in energized, knowing they'd be spending their time on work that plays to their natural talents and brings them joy? We can build a great culture and have a powerful mission, but if our employees are fundamentally frustrated by their day-to-day work, engagement and turnover will continue to be an issue.

This content is designed to increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention. At the heart of it, though, is creating more joy at work. Forward-thinking managers and CEO’s recognize the yearning in the workforce to do work that matters, with people they care about, and to be trusted to do it all well.

More About Our Speaker:

Andrew Biernat is a strategic business consultant and team dynamics specialist who equips leadership teams and managers with practical frameworks to transform workplace engagement and enable cross-functional collaboration. Drawing on his diverse business background across sales, marketing, account management, and project management, he helps teams identify hidden talent patterns and redesign work processes to align with natural strengths. Leaders appreciate his business-minded approach to people development, while individual contributors value the immediate applicability of his methods that improve both job satisfaction and team effectiveness.
