Program Overview:

A review of requirements and timelines for 5500 filings, PCORI fees, ACA reporting, and more. Newer compliance regulations include RxDC filings and Gag Clause Attestations as a result of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) with a goal of more transparency for healthcare plans. Surrounding states are implementing Paid Family Leave programs with a new tax and required benefits.

Kristen Boone is an Employee Benefits Advisor at NFP, an Aon Company. She brings over 20 years of benefit consulting experience to meet the specific needs of each client. Seen as a thought leader in the industry, she prides herself on innovative and creative solutions. As a trusted benefit advisor, Kristen understands the challenges and potential fluctuation within each company and helps employers navigate the ever-changing web of insurance.

Kristen also holds Life & Health Insurance licenses in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Delaware Association of Benefit & Insurance Professionals (DABIP).
