About Our Speaker:
Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown has over 20 years of experience in training and development, across a wide range of industries. Early in Deborah's career, she led large teams in the retail sector and was responsible for up to 35 stores in four states and $4B in annual business. Eager to pursue her passion for developing others, Deborah transitioned into training leadership, communication, and presentation skills for MOHR Retail, Korn Ferry, MEA, and TSD as an Independent Contractor.

As an Independent Contractor, Deborah worked with over 40+ companies including 5 Fortune 100 companies. Deborah has worked supporting Deloitte with leadership development for over 14 years in various service lines. In addition to her leadership development with Deloitte, she has also worked with Nike, Nordstrom, Capital One, Blackstone, General Electric, Cigna, LVMH, along with many other clients to grow and develop their leaders.

Deborah is certified in a suite of DiSC assessments, as well as Social Styles, Strengths Finders, and Leadview 360 assessments. Deborah is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and is passionate about helping leaders grow through Executive and Team Coaching. Deborah is committed to helping her clients create winning strategies for work and life.
