Corey Crapella is the founder and principal consultant at CORE Coaching and Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Corey is passionate about helping people discover their core purpose and reach their fullest potential. Throughout his career, Corey has worked with businesses of all sizes across various industries, gaining a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. He began his journey in sales, but his most fulfilling moments came from mentoring new employees and watching them grow and succeed. This inspired him to dive deeper into Human Resources, where he found his true passion for nurturing talent and fostering both personal and professional growth. Corey’s corporate journey saw him rise through increasingly responsible roles, culminating in his most recent position as Director of HR . In this role, he led people initiatives for over 4,500 employees at 45 locations across eight states in the Northeast. Despite his success, Corey felt a strong pull towards something more fulfilling. This led him to start CORE Coaching and Consulting. His goal is to blend his extensive corporate experience with his passion for helping people.
