Program Overview:
The Global Wellness Institute eloquently describes wellness as a modern word with ancient roots. Whilst the Wellness Revolution is taking place in the 21st century, the notion of wellness dates back to ancient civilizations.
One thing that has not changed since ancient times, is our desire to live our best lives. It is for that reason that The National Wellness Institute created a wellness model commonly referred to as the Six Dimensions of Wellness.
The Six Dimensions of Wellness is a model that guides us to assess and address the six key factors that impact our overall wellness: emotional, occupational, physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Using this model enables us to address all six dimensions of wellness, leading us to live a healthier life.
About Our Speaker: Estelle Curry
Estelle Curry, founder of Florescit Life Coaching - A qualified Coach and Reiki Teacher and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She brings over a decade of HR experience to her work as a coach. She has worked in an array of industries including recruitment, education, information technology and corporate social responsibility. Facilitating positive change in the lives of others and enabling them to flourish is her passion.
